Not long to go until your big day! I now need some details and timings so I'm in the right place at the right time, and the left hand knows what the right hand is doing!

    This form is a standard form, so parts of it may not apply to your day, so either ignore the box or enter 'N/A'. 
    Timings
    I will need the times for:
    - time for me to start covering the day, for morning prep 3 hours before the ceremony time is a good guide 
    - ceremony time
    - receiving line (if you're having one)
    - meal
    - speeches
    - first dance
    Please add anything else that you feel is important.
    Groups Photos 
    These are the formal photos taken between the ceremony and the meal. 
    For the group photos I will do my usual set of of 8 group photos unless you state otherwise. I know every family is different, so feel free to make a couple of changes if you need to.

    1 First Bride/groom's parents
    2 Second Bride/groom's parents
    3 Both sets of parents
    4 Bridal party & groomsmen 
    5 First side of family
    6 Second side of family
    7 Friends
    8 All guests
    All the above are subject to space and weather.
    As well as the above, there will be group photos before the ceremony of the groom with his grooms men, bride with her bridal party.
